Students will use their strengths and improve areas relating to digital literacy. Students will undertake supported digital projects using a range of digital technologies, independently and collaboratively, relating to their personal interests and needs. This will be done through problem-based and project-based inquiries. It will enable the student to engage practically and collaboratively with common and emerging technologies and provide opportunities to develop projects to meet personal needs and interests.

Students will learn skills within an area of focus such as business, game design, information processing and management, multimedia (website development, digital imagery, etc) programming and control, robotics, publishing, system management and support, computer hardware and software as well as social, legal and ethical issues.

This course is a combination of three 50-hour courses:
Essential Skills – Using Computers and the Internet 2,  Computer Applications 2, and Project Implementation 2. Game design focuses on creating games and coding. The main programming language used is Python.
